Book a demo

Let’s talk about your company’s memory.

Tell us where your company's knowledge lives. We'll show you what Paměť could do with it.

  • A short first call
  • Demo on fictional data
  • No obligation

Before the call

Bring the questions your team actually asks.

The most useful demo starts with your questions, not our slides. Here is what helps, what you will see, and what we will not do.

  • What to bring

    • Two or three questions people in your company ask each other every week.
    • A rough map of where the answers live today: inboxes, SharePoint, a CRM, a shared drive, someone's head.
    • The colleague who would sponsor a pilot, if that person is not you.
  • What we will show

    • Paměť answering questions on the demo workspace: fictional companies, real mechanics.
    • How every answer cites the quotation, email or meeting note it came from — and what happens when there is no record.
    • How permissions, hosting and retention are designed to work, and which choices depend on your deployment.
  • What we will not do

    • Ask for access to your systems on a first call.
    • Promise timelines or results before we understand your environment.
    • Keep chasing if you tell us the timing is wrong.

Common questions before a first call

Short answers here. Longer ones, with the details that apply to your environment, on the call.

Do we have to migrate anything?
No. Paměť is designed to read from the systems you already use, in place. Nobody moves files, and nobody changes tools.
Can we start with one team?
That is how we prefer to start: a few sources, one team, and a question they genuinely need answered. What a pilot covers is agreed with you, not assumed.
What about our data?
Your company’s knowledge remains your company’s knowledge. Hosting, isolation and retention options depend on the deployment configuration you choose. The security page sets out the principles; we answer the rest in person.
Who should join the first call?
Whoever feels the problem most, plus someone who can speak for IT. Half an hour with both usually answers more than an hour with either.

While you wait for our reply, put a question to the demo workspace. The companies in it are fictional. The mechanics are the product.

Ask your company: What have we learned from automation deals that stalled in the last two years?

AnswerGrounded in your company's records
Confidence: Medium4 sourcesTime span: 2024 – Nov 2025

Across the stalled automation opportunities since 2024, the same pattern appears in the correspondence: the client's expected go-live date was shorter than the standard delivery plan, and this surfaced late, after the commercial proposal.

Novatek (2025) is the clearest case. The lessons-learned document from November 2025 proposes asking for the target go-live date in the first discovery call and offering a phased scope where the timeline is tight.

Pricing objections also appear in the notes, but in each case a timeline concern was raised first.
